Honourable Minister Oppah Charm Zvipange Muchinguri- Kashiri of Zimbabwe is an experienced woman with extensive knowledge in governance and politics. She has a sound academic background having attainedBSc Hons Degree in International Relations and Economics (USA), MSc in Public Administration (USA) and anotherMSc in International Relations from the University of Zimbabwe. She is currently studying for a Doctorate Degree with the University of Kwazulu Natal in South Africa.
She is a seasoned politician having served over 20 years in senior government positionswhich include being a Minister, Deputy Minister and Governor of an Administrative Province. She is also a Member of Parliament and has a passion for women empowerment and issues of climate change.
